On the way to Sante Fe we visited the mesas that I love so much. We brailed the roads and scoured the landscape trying to soak up every beautiful morsel that met our eyes. Suddenly we came around a corner and sheets of orange flowers spilled across the landscape and down the draws and joined up with the beautiful purple mesas that waited for them. What a pleasure to paint this site and record the beauty that still abides along Route 66.

Giclee' prints of artwork are printed onto 350GSM archival inkjet canvas; 140# watercolor paper or enhanced matt archival paper with archival inks.
